Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS
Bookings taken by telephone are considered to be provisional and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and a signed booking form. We will hold your reservation for 10 days, by which time, if we have not received your deposit, the booking will be released.
PAYMENT
A non-returnable deposit of 50% on accommodation is required as confirmation of your booking, with the balance due on departure.
BESPOKE RATE
The price of accommodation, which varies between Summer and Winter, is quoted per night and includes exclusive hire of the Lodge with accommodation for 20 people, breakfast, afternoon tea, a selection of newspapers and VAT at current rate.
Food, wine and any extra services will be charged at an additional cost and the balance due on the day of departure. Service not included.
CANCELLATIONS
We uphold a strict cancellation policy and are unable to refund your deposit in the event of your cancelling your booking, for any reason and at any time.
VAT
All our charges include VAT, where applicable, at the current rate.
GUEST LIST
We kindly ask that we receive a full guest list in advance of your arrival.
