You don't want to faff with food – it's the company that keeps the party!

Great fun combines with good food at the South West's premier country house party venue; and to this end the eating experience is kept simple yet enjoyable...

Ingredients are key, being absolutely fresh and of the finest quality – locally produced wherever possible;  the farm provides its own pork and game, eggs, vegetables, honey and fruits for home-made jams. Our menus are entirely adaptable, assuming availability…..should you desire oysters…then your wish shall be granted..!

Loyton Lodge is fully licensed to serve alcohol so you never have to worry about running out of a good drink!

For any good country house party comes good food and of course fine wines..  We keep a small stock of carefully chosen wines in our cellar, including house wines, and produce a seasonal wine list in cahoots with our expert merchant, to be ordered in advance*

Should you have anything specific in mind that we could order for you – don't hesitate to suggest… Likewise there may be some more unusual tipple – liqueurs or spirits – which we would be delighted to have made available for you….although, expect an interesting array of malts – you may even be persuaded to join Isobel's whisky club?!
