A two or three night stay at the luxurious Loyton Lodge nestled on the borders of Devon and Somerset, pampering guests and their partners to a real country house party. For those not wishing to partake in the sporting events including fly fishing and clay pigeon shooting there are numerous alternatives.

Try your skills to catch a brown trout, a sea bass and a sea trout, all on a fly in one day.

This experiences all the skills and facets of fly fishing, with the gentle touch of stealth to catch a shy brownie, to the excitement of casting to the sea bass seen as shoals on the crest of the waves as the feel their way into the inland creeks of the North coast of Devon.Then after a barbeque and champagne, tasting your trophies you can fish for sea trout in the balmy night, on one of the renowned Taw or Torridge rivers.

All parties are accompanied by qualified guides/instructors.

On the first day have good competitive fun at the Loyton Shooting Box partaking in some clay pigeon shooting, during the morning participants will shoot at 5 different disciplines, springing teal, driven partridge, high pheasant, crossing pigeon, walked up grouse. After a fine lunch, try a 50 bird two man pheasant and duck flush.

Treat yourself to your own country house, to entertain and pamper your guests. All fully serviced and with your own chef. A full chauffeur service is available.

Fly fishing is dependant on tides.  The fishing or the shooting may be booked as individual events.
